Without using a crystal ball, we thought we'd try and predict some of the trends for food and eating in 2012. We'll be spending time reviewing cooking mags, other cooking/foodie blogs and cooking shows and share with you what we think will be the things we should all be focusing on.
Earlier this week on "The Chew" the crew made their predictions for 2012. We weren't much inspired by Carla's mac-n-cheese filled egg rolls or Daphne's weird Australian limes. But...we did appreciate Michael's focus on grains (quinoa, spelt, barley) and Mario's on vegetables. We'll both try to focus on these ingredients as we move forward this year with easy, family-friend recipes.
